Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is Onrian s.r.o., IČO 29553555, Klíšská 1432/18, 400 01 Ústí nad Labem, registered with the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, file C 55923. You can reach us about anything in this policy at larry@onrian.com.

Visiting the website

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you load a page, the server processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is necessary to deliver the page and protect it against abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors; it works with aggregated data only.

The website does not set any cookies and does not use advertising or social-media trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain.

When you email us

If you write to larry@onrian.com or another Onrian address, we process your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us, in order to answer you and, where relevant, prepare a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or pursue our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Our email runs on Google Workspace. Larry, the first point of contact, is an AI assistant built on the Hermes platform and using an OpenAI language model. Messages sent to that address are processed by this assistant on our behalf to sort them and prepare replies; a person at Onrian remains responsible for every answer and decision.

When you book a call

Calls are booked through Calendly, LLC. When you book, Calendly processes the name, email address and any notes you enter, and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to its service.

Recipients and transfers outside the EU

We use service providers who process data on our behalf — hosting (Vercel Inc.), scheduling (Calendly, LLC), email (Google Workspace) and the AI assistant (Hermes platform, OpenAI language model). Some are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep data

Correspondence and booking details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and then for up to two years after our last contact in case of later questions or claims. Data we must keep by law, such as accounting records, is kept for the period the law requires. Server logs are deleted by the hosting provider automatically after a short period.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us at the address above and we will reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (www.uoou.gov.cz).
