Marketing

Communication that comes from what the company actually does — not campaigns for their own sake. Behind it: a decade in media, publishing magazines, running trilingual campaigns for an industrial zone, and building company websites.

When clients come to us

The situations we see most often:

We do not know what to say about ourselves

The company does good work but cannot put it into words. The website and materials sound like anyone else’s in the industry.

We do a lot, but nothing comes of it

Posts, flyers, ads — there is activity, but no common thread. The money melts away and nobody knows where.

We are entering a foreign market

Materials that work in Czechia do not work elsewhere. It is not about translation, but about what people in that country trust.

We are not an agency selling packages. If we are not the right people for the job, we will say so on the first call.

How it works

Short, concrete, and with the person who makes the decisions.

  • Intro call — free. What the company does, who it sells to, and where things are stuck today.
  • Communication audit — what you say about yourselves, where and to whom. Website, materials, social media, sales documents.
  • Strategy and priorities — what to change first so that the difference shows. Including what to stop doing.
  • Execution — copy, visuals, materials, channel set-up. Then either a handover to your team, or long-term management if you want to leave it to us.

Where marketing usually goes wrong

Three things we deliberately avoid:

01

Pretty but empty

Design with no message. It looks good, but nobody takes anything away from it.

02

A campaign without a goal

If you do not know in advance what a campaign is meant to achieve, you cannot tell whether it worked. Without data, marketing and the company are run on instinct — we track how many proposals go out, how many do not convert and why.

03

Literal translation

A translated text is not a localised text. In a foreign market, context decides, not the dictionary.

Common questions

Who will I actually work with?

Directly with Jan Louka. Not with a junior colleague.

Do you do strategy, or execution as well?

Both. Strategy without execution is a presentation that changes nothing.

Can you handle a foreign market?

Yes. Jan Louka delivered multilingual communication for the Triangle industrial zone for foreign investors in Czech, English and Chinese. He also prepared promotional materials for Inowatti for the Omani market. It is not only about translation — what matters is who the message is for, which language it uses and the business context in which the company presents itself.

Do you manage social media long-term?

Yes, if it makes sense. But it is often cheaper to set the channels up and teach your team to run them — we offer that option too, and recommend it more often for smaller companies.

How much does it cost?

The intro call is free. The price depends on the scope and is agreed in advance, before any work starts.

Want people to see what you can do?

Tell us what the company does and where things are stuck. We will tell you plainly whether we can help.
